The best thing out there for Stressed out mom's is The Book of MOm by Wilshire. If this book doesn't make you laugh your head off and give you the tools for a better life, nothing can help you!

Hi Katy!
Great podcast! Good practical advice from Pete on changing our negative thoughts to positive one and taking time to have more fun with our kids. I know the Lord wants us to be renewed in our mind and to experience the joy. As I'm saying this my 3 yr old son is in time-out tantruming but staying cool and positive will help us all get through the rough moments. Thanks for helping us stressed out parents with the encouraging advice and knowing we are not alone in our journey. God Bless!

I read that book and it wasn't bad. But a book hands down, so much better because not only is it insightful but FUNNY is the novel, "The Book of Mom" by Taylor Wilshire. We read it in our book club of moms, and it was the only book all 10 of us agreed was the best summer-like rad out there packed with Oprah-like tips that are so helpful. Have you read it?

Hey, thanks Katy Lee! I just love seeing my name in print. :)

I agree with Momo Fali - I too have two. And they're plenty for me.

Katy it was great to chat with you and sorry I cut you off so many times due to the time lag between our continents. Keep up your great Adventures...
